Requirements to be member of the Jakarta Futures Exchange

Broker Member:

• Fill in the Application Form;
• Make the required statements;
• Copy of Act of Establishment or Article of Association;
• Add the word “BERJANGKA” or “FUTURES” on company’s name;
• Has 2 (two) members of Executive Director and 2 (two) members of Board of Commissioner;
• Special purpose Company;
• Willing to have minimum 1 seat;
• Balance Sheet audited by a public accountant;
• Copy of Identity Card/passport and Curriculum Vitae of every member of Board of Commissioner and Executive Director;
• Copy of Tax Register Number;
• Pay the registration fee: Rp 1.000.000 (tax excluded); and
• Fulfill other requirements stated by the Exchange.

Corporate Trader Member:

• Fill in the Application Form;
• Make the required statements;
• Copy of Act of Establishment or Article of Association;
• Copy of Identity Card/passport and Curriculum Vitae of every member of Board of Commissioner and Executive Director;
• Copy of Tax Register Number;
• Willing to have minimum 1 seat;
• Pay the registration fee: Rp 1.000.000 (tax excluded); and
• Fulfill other requirements stated by the Exchange.

Individual Trader Member:

• Fill in the Application Form;
• Make the required statements;
• Copy of Identity Card/Passport of the Applicant;
• Copy of the latest diploma certificate;
• Copy of the certificate of name change issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights;
• Willing to have or lease minimum 1 seat;
• Pay the registration fee: Rp 1.000.000 (tax excluded); and
• Fulfill other requirements stated by the Exchange.
